The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is going to conduct a written examination for the post of Assistant Fisheries Officer (AFO) in the State Fisheries & Animal Resource Development Department. The board is going to select 177 candidates for this vacancy. The selection of the applicants will be done on the basis of their performance in the written examination. OPSC AFO Selection Process 2022

The board will organize a written examination for all those candidates who have been declared eligible to take part in the selection process. The written exam will be conducted at various examination centers across the state. The examination will be conducted offline on OMR Sheets.

The candidates will get two question papers of 200 questions each. The applicants will get 02 marks for each correct answer. There is no mention of negative marking in the official notification. The candidates will get 02 and a half hours to solve each question paper. All questions will be multiple choice types and candidates have to select the one correct answer out of 4 or 5 options.

After clearing the written examination, the board will call all meritorious candidates to appear in the Personality Test cum Interview. This test will be 100 marks and candidates will be able to appear in this test only after passing the written test.

The board has already made it clear that it will not allow any candidates to enter the examination center without proper documents. The most important document is OPSC AFO Hall Ticket 2022 which states the relationship between the board and candidate.
